The Maryland Psychotherapy Clinic and Research Lab (MPCRL) provides high-quality, low-cost counseling and psychotherapy to adults in the Prince George's, Montgomery County, and Washington, D.C. area. Our treatment focuses on insight and understanding difficulties in relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, meaning in life, dreams, and nightmares. UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we will not be holding in-person sessions at the clinic site at the University of Maryland. Based on therapist availability, some sessions can be held over the telephone or via videoconferencing, If you wish to be screened to determine if our services are appropriate for you, please send an email to mpcrl@umd.edu or call 301-405-5820. we will try to return your email or voice mail as soon as possible, usually in the late afternoon M-TH As of right now, we have a long waitlist. So, unfortunately, we are not adding any further potential clients to the waitlist until further notice.
